How do I reserve the Colorado Photo Trailer for my event?
Call, email, or submit a request form on the 'Contacts' page.
Is my deposit refundable in the event of cancellation?
The full deposit will be refunded within 30 days of booking, 50% refunded if canceled 30-60 days prior to event, no refund will be issued if canceled 30 days prior to event.
Is there a fee to change the event date/location?
Absolutely no fee to change the event date (as long as we have availability) or location information.
Is the set-up & take-down time included in the rental fee?
Yes, set-up and take-down is included before and after your chosen contracted hours.
How long does it take to receive the online photos from my event?
Within 5 business days.
How will I receive the photos from the photobooth?
You will be provided with the entire album of photos taken at your event via Dropbox link or a link on our website will take you to your photos!
How does the Colorado Photo Trailer get its electrical power for the photo booth operations?
The CPT requires access to a 110 volt outlet (typical outlet) for operations. We will communicate with your chosen venue before your deposit is submitted.
Will the Colorado Photo Trailer be allowed at my venue?
Most likely - yes! On your behalf, a CPT representative will obtain approval directly with your venue before your deposit is submitted. We are working on getting a list of pre-approved venues in the Denver Area!
What are the dimensions of the Colorado Photo Trailer?
The Photo Trailer is a 3,500 lb bumper pull trailer that we tow in with our truck. The trailer is 12 feet long, 8 feet tall, & 7 feet wide.
